Before anything is official, we talk. A quick phone consultation: no pitch and no pressure, just a real conversation. We’ll talk about what you're hoping for, what makes your family tick, and whether we feel like a good fit for each other. I'll walk you through my process and pricing in full (what you see is what you get, always). And I genuinely want to hear about everyone — kids, partners, and yes, the four-legged family members, too. If we decide to move forward together, a $200 session fee holds your date. Simple as that. From tips on how to relax beforehand to what to do with phones and bags, this guide is designed to ensure your experience is enjoyable and stress-free.

I’ll come visit your house, favorite park, or wherever you want to shoot to make sure we can get the lighting right, decide when the best time to shoot is, and ask everyone about their favorite spots.

If I can’t make it to your location, then we’ll hop on a Zoom call and you can download me on everything. I like to ask kids especially to show me around and let the magic unfold from there.

On shoot day, I don’t show up with a shot list; I show up curious. The first thing I'll ask your kids? Show me your space. Show me where you like to play. That's where everything real lives.

As for you, wear what's comfortable and what makes you feel like you. Hot tip: the portraits that stop you in your tracks years from now aren't the ones where everyone’s stiff and matching. They're the ones where you forgot you were being photographed.

I work loosely, asking questions, and following your family's energy rather than fighting it. It's less of a “session” and more of a collaboration — part information gathering, part just playing.

The framing and the light find you. That's the whole idea.

Around two to three weeks after your session, I’ll send you a private link to view your beautifully edited images — hooray! Once you’ve had a chance to preview them all, you can decide which ones you’d like to purchase.

Along with a virtual stack of digital images, each collection option comes with a print credit, so you can get your favorite pictures where they belong: in print, where you can see them each and every day. The collection options range between $600 and $1,025, depending on the number of digital images you need. All told, my clients invest between $800 and $1,225 in their images.
